1. Returns Eligibility

Products can be returned only if:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable”
• Perishable or customized items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at dogsinnfoster@gmail.com with your order details (order ID, product name, reason for return)
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions (including return address and any required labels)
3. Returned items must be sent to the address provided by our support team

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) after verification

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Svanluxe reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
